How do I save a store card on my phone?
Open the add-card flow in the TapTapp app and scan the QR code or barcode on the physical card. The saved digital card shows a code you can present at the point of sale.
What if the card only has a number and no barcode?
Enter the card number manually. TapTapp prepares a barcode from that number, which you open when you need it.
Can I keep all my cards in one app?
In TapTapp you can keep cards from different stores that have a barcode, QR code or card number. You can search, reorder and view your saved cards in a grid. Programmes that work only through a store's own app stay in that app.
Can I save my Lidl Plus, Moj Maxi or dm card in TapTapp?
Lidl Plus, Moj Maxi and dm bonus za lojalnost work through those stores' official apps, so use those apps for them. Keep cards with a barcode, QR code or card number in TapTapp.
Will the store accept a card on my phone screen?
That is up to the store. If scanning the code from your phone fails, show the original card or the programme's official app.
