How do I add a card by scanning it?
Open the add-card flow in the TapTapp app and scan the QR code or barcode on your physical card. The saved digital card displays the code you can present at the point of sale.

Enter the serial number or card number manually. TapTapp prepares a barcode from that number, which you can open in the app and present for scanning.
How do I enable account recovery?
Add an email address in the app before you need recovery. When you move to a new device, enter the same email address to restore your saved cards. Email is not required for basic use. If you can no longer access the account, contact support.

Check messages and notifications in the TapTapp app. Partners can use this channel for card information, schedule or event changes, and relevant offers.
What data does TapTapp process?
Registration is not required for basic use, and you can add an email address optionally. Other data processing depends on the features you use and the consent you provide. Review the current Privacy Policy for data categories, purposes, sharing, and your rights.
